Bootcamp/ TABATAHigh intensity cardio exercises and low intensity resistance movements combined into one class. Bootcamp is an alternating interval of high and low intensity exercises. Tabata is 4 minutes of high intensity training, 3 minutes of regular cardio, 2 minutes of resistance training and 1 minute of core work, repeated 4 times with new exercises each time.

YogaStretch-based class involving traditional yoga poses as well as strength and conditioning-based movements. All major muscle groups are targeted, including core.
